We’ve missed you too!

We hope you’re all safe and well.

To all our lovely customers – thank you so much for your eternally appreciated custom before lockdown and we’re really looking forward to seeing you all again very soon.

The exciting news is that we are now

OPEN FROM MIDDAY EVERY DAY

(except Monday open from 4pm).

And we’re taking bookings by phone (020 8749 1291).

As I’m sure you’ll expect, we have a few temporary new plans in place to keep everyone safe. In particular, our capacity will obviously be reduced for the time being.

Hopefully, these plans aren’t too much trouble and if we can all respect them with patience, we should be able to enjoy the pub as much as possible throughout the summer. As and when anything changes, we will be right there and will follow the guidance accordingly!

Our Temporary New Plans

As the guidance says, we will be running table service only. Don’t worry, there will be lots of us around so you won’t have to wait!

And to manage people arriving at the pub, you will be greeted at the door so we strongly recommend that you reserve a table – whether you’re here for drinks or if you’re coming to dine

The Maximum number of people per reservation will be 6

To allow as many people as possible to enjoy the pub, reservations will be for 2 hours

Payments will be by Card/Contactless Only

Children – we very much look forward to welcoming families in the pub and, as always, we ask you to come before 7pm. To maintain safety for all, we ask children to remain seated throughout your visit

To allow safe traffic through the pub, we ask that no buggies are brought to the pub

Also, to manage traffic and safety in the short term, please can we ask that no dogs are brought to the pub. We hope we can reverse this plan soon.

For all reservations, please call 020 8749 1291

“The kitchen is on song” at this “brilliant gastropub” in a side-street near Ravenscourt Park, long known as one of the capital’s best, thanks to its “proper”cooking and characterful interior, complete with “roaring fire” in winter, and small outside terrace. Service – historically a weak point – is “attentive and accommodating” too.
